Architect/Drafters will have the option to upload their design plans on the we trade ltd website to attract home builders or investors for commercial design.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Architect/drafters can upload their design plan to attract home builders or investors. Members will have the option buy or bid for the design plan on the platform. Architects/drafters will provide specifications and in-depth details about the design to build from the cost to the specific materials require for the project.
COMMERCIAL DESIGN
Noted. If a client purchase a commercial design plan the Architect will have to oversee the construction of the project .
Architect/drafters can upload their design plans to attract clients. Clients will have the option buy or bid for the design plan on the platform. Once a design has being purchase the client will have the option to start a investment project to seek like minded investors/partners to build the require plan. The Architects/drafters will provide specifications and in-depth details about the design to build from the cost to the specific materials required for the project.
