The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) is the main stock exchange in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the largest stock exchange in the Caribbean region by market capitalization. As a member-state of CARICOM several companies from Barbados, Jamaica, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange also cross-list their stocks onto the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange. The unique four symbol alphanumeric Market Identifier Code (MIC) used to identify the TTSE as defined under ISO 10383 of the International Organization for Standardization.

The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) is a stock exchange based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. It started operations in July 1997 and is fully owned by the Cayman Islands government. The CSX was recognized by the London Stock Exchange as an approved organization in July 1999.

Over 1,000 stocks, Eurobonds, warrants and global depositary receipts are listed on the CSX. The Chairman of CSX is Anthony Travers, a former Senior Partner at the law firm Maples and Calder. The stock exchange is located at Elizabethan Square in downtown George Town. The exchange uses a fully electronic trading platform that was developed under a partnership with Bloomberg L.P.

The Barbados Stock Exchange or BSE is Barbados' main stock exchange. Its headquarters are in the capital-city Bridgetown. The body was established in 1987 by the Parliament of Barbados as the Securities Exchange of Barbados (SEB), and remained known as such until August 2, 2001. GUYANA STOCK MARKET

The Guyana Stock Exchange (GSE) is a stock exchange located in Georgetown, Guyana. It lists 15 registered companies, and trading takes place each Monday via word of mouth on the trading floor supported by an electronic limit order book. The Guyana Stock Exchange is operated by the Guyana Association of Securities Companies and Intermediaries Inc. (GASCI) and is regulated by the Guyana Securities Council. Market capitalization of local stocks in October 2020 stood at 369,953,091,337 GYD.

The first trades took place June 30, 2003 with 12 companies on the register. In 2007, Trinidad Cement Ltd of Trinidad and Tobago was the first company to officially list in the GSE, as well as to be the first non-Guyanese company to register with the exchange although they have since delisted. In 2019, plans for the first agribusiness IPO were announced but have stalled due to the COVID pandemic.

The Lucas Stock Index is published weekly by Stabroek News, and is composed of nine major stocks on the exchange.

In 2019, The Guyana Stock Exchange penned a memorandum of cooperation with the Barbados Stock Exchange to facilitate cross-listing between the two countries. The agreement also prompted discussion about moving to an electronic payment system and reforming the 1998 Securities Industry Act to improve supervision and reduce risk.

BERMUDA STOCK MARKET

The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), established in 1971, is located in Hamilton, Bermuda. The stock exchange's 2010 'Year End Review' report stated that its aggregate market capitalization (excluding mutual funds) stood at US$319 billion.

The exchange specializes in listing and trading of capital market instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund (including hedge fund structures) and depository receipt programs.

The BSX has been granted approved stock exchange status under Australia's Foreign Investment Fund taxation rules, and, effective 1 September 2005 was granted designated investment exchange status by the United Kingdom's Financial Services Authority. The unique four symbol alphanumeric Market Identifier Code (MIC) used to identify the BSX as defined under ISO 10383. of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is: XBDA.
